Top Bahadur Rayamajhi enters Public Prosecutor's Office; Smiling and Waving his hand
Fake Bhutanese Refugees Scandal


Kathmandu: Police have taken the former deputy prime minister and CPN (UML) secretary Top Bahadur Rayamajhi to the Office of the Public Prosecutor.
Police took Rayamajhi to the office in order to make him appear in the Kathmandu District Court.
Rayamajhi waved his hand toward the media person after stepping down from the vehicle. He entered the office smiling and waving his hand.
Police have not handcuffed Rayamajhi. Even former home minister Balkrishna Khand was not handcuffed.
Police will initiate the process of investigation after the court gives permission to keep Rayamajhi in custody.
An arrest warrant was issued against Rayamajhi on 4th May. It was after 10 days that police arrested Rayamajhi from Bhdhanilkantha on Sunday evening.
Rayamajhi has been alleged of playing the role of loosening the policy to make it easier for the gang to implement their plan of converting people into fake Bhutanese refugees. A total of 12 people before Rayamajhi had already been arrested in the fake Bhutanese refugee scandal.
