'I will fight for the burns' victims': Kansakar

Kathmandu: Member of Parliament Bindabasini Kansakar has said to fight in support of the victims facing the accident relating to the burns.

Kansakar after taking the oath of office and secrecy said, 'I represent those who have gone through the pain of burns. And I will fight for them.'

She added, 'Burns is not only related to fire. I am also a victim of burns. I am in favor of the same survivors.'

Kansakar is herself an acid attack survivor. She has taken the responsibility of a proportional MP from the Rastriya Swatantra Party. She has become an MP from the party in place of Dr. Dhaka Kumar Shrestha.

Shrestha was suspended after an audio, of asking for 3 crore rupees with medical businessman Durga Prasai, leaked.
