JSP to stay neutral in Koshi Province

Kathmandu: Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has decided to stay neutral in Koshi Province.
JSP, which has only one MP in the Koshi Provincial Assembly, decided to stay neutral.
57 votes were required for the majority. 46 MPs of CPN (UML) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) are in support of Hikmat Kumar Karki.
Except for the Speaker, the opposition has 46 seats. CPN(UML) has 40, Nepali Congress has 29, CPN (Maoist) including Speaker has 13, RPP has 6, CPN (Unified Socialists) has 4, and Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has one MP in Koshi Province.
