Former Bhandari signals returning back to Politics
Kathmandu: Former President Bidhya Devi Bhandari has signaled of returning to active politics.
Bhandari hinted at her comeback the politics while addressing a program organized to mark the 72nd birth anniversary of the late Madan Bhandari.
She signaled her chances of returning to politics by indicating the incompleteness in the task of social transformation.
Bhandari said, 'The task of social transformation has not been completed. A long way still needs to be completed for the completion. The aim of completely transforming the lives of the people, the responsibility of the vision of "Prosperous Nepal, Happy Family" is not complete. We have to complete the dream of people.'
Bhandari remembered Madan Bhandari in the program. She was the vice-chairperson of the CPN (UML) before becoming the President of Nepal.
