Thapa presents his claim for Chief Minister

Biratnagar:  Member of Parliament Uddhav Thapa has presented his claim for Chief Minister in the Koshi Province.

Thapa claimed the Chief Minister after getting support from 47 MPs, within the deadline announced by Province Head Parshuram Khapung.

Earlier, Speaker Baburam Gautam gave his resignation. Gautam resigned to increase the number of supporters for the claim from 46 to 47.
