Court gives order to release 17 people including Min Bahadur Gurung on Bail (Bail Amount)

Kathmandu: Kathmandu District Court has ordered to release of 17 people, including Bhat Bhateni Supermarket Chairman, Min Bahadur Gurung on bail in the Lalita Niwas land grab scandal.

Judge Bholanath Dhakal's bench ordered the release of 17 people on bail on Sunday. The court ordered to release of one person on ordinary dates in the scandal.

The bail amount to release 17 people

Min Bahadur Gurung- 2 Crore 46 Lakh

Keshav Tuladhar-  to be released on ordinary dates.

Shivji Bhatta- 3 Lakh 30 Thousand

Rudra Kumar Shrestha- 7 Lakh 50 Thousand

Bal Krishna Shrestha- 7 Lakh 50 Thousand

Kaladhar Deuja- 15 Lakh

Ghaman Kumar Karki- 7 Lakh 50 Thousand

Gopal Karki- 7 Lakh 50 Thousand

Binod Poudel- 15 Lakh

Yograj Poudel- 7 Lakh 50 Thousand

Narayan Raj Mishra- 7 Lakh 50 Thousand
