NC encircles well; Speaker Ghimire gives time to PM Dahal to present proposal for vote of confidence

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has presented the proposal for a vote of confidence House of Representatives (HoR) meeting.

Nepali Congress (NC) began to encircle the well just after the beginning of the HoR meeting. But, Speaker Devraj Ghimire gave time to PM Dahal to present the proposal for the vote of confidence.

PM Dahal was escorted to the rostrum under tight security. The Nepali Congress has been continuing its obstruction.
