Kathmandu: The main opposition party CPN (UML) has drawn the attention of the government to control activities that affect investigation.
Issuing a press release on Thursday, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel drew the attention of the government. The statement mentions that the RSP-led demonstration in Pokhara would affect the investigation of the cooperative fraud case related to the Rabi Lamichhane case and others.
‘The Nepal government requested to control such activities and create an environment for clean, and fair judicial proceedings,’ said General Secretary Pokharel. He coined the RSP's demonstration as ‘Unwanted’ and punishable.
