CPN (UML) Office’s land dispute case remains ‘unseen’

Kathmandu: The writ, filed against the donation of land by the Bhat Bhateni Managing Director Min Bahadur Gurung to CPN (UML), has remained unseen.

The writ was assigned to the bench of justices Nakhul Subedi and Nityanand Pandey on Monday. But, the writ remained unseen, now the new hearing will be fixed on another date.

After the preliminary hearing, the Supreme Court issued an immediate interim order on October 28 (Kartik 12).
