Deuba condoles death of former US President Carter and former Indian PM Singh

Kathmandu: Former Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has paid tributes to former US President Jimmy Carter and former Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh.

He reached the US Embassy and the Embassy of India in Kathmandu on Tuesday, and expressed his condolences to former US President Carter and former Indian Prime Minister Dr Singh, signing on a condolence book.
