RSP obstructs parliament meeting

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has obstructed the first meeting of the parliament's winter session.

RSP obstructed before the meeting entered into an agenda on Friday.

Currently, RSP Lawmakers are obstructing the meeting by standing.
