Deuba's Gyalpo Lhosar greetings

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that we have the harmonious tradition of respecting every festival celebrated in the country.

In his message on the occasion of the Gyalpo Lhosar on Friday the NC President Deuba said that different ethnic communities have their unique traditions, customs and festivals adding that Gyalpo Lhosar of the Sherpa community is one of the important festivals of this community living in the country's northern Himalayan region.

Deuba said Nepal is a multiethnic, multicultural, multilingual and multi-religious country. He extended best wishes to all Nepalis for their happiness, peace and prosperity on the occasion of Gyalpo Lhosar (New Year).
