RSP lawmakers encircle well; Speaker proceeds with parliamentary session (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has encircled the well of the Parliament.

During Sunday’s meeting of the House of Representatives, RSP lawmakers surrounded the parliamentary well after Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire allowed Nepali Congress Chief Whip Shyam Kumar Ghimire to speak.

Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) also expressed support for RSP’s protest, though its members did not join the well protest.

Currently, lawmakers from various parties are expressing their views, while RSP lawmakers are chanting slogans.
