Supreme Cooperative Fraud Case: Detention hearing of Rabi Lamichhane to be resumed on Sunday completed

Kathmandu: Rabi Lamichhane’s detention hearing regarding the Supreme Cooperative Fraud case has been completed.

Under the single bench of Judge Prahlad Kumar Yogi, 2 petitioners and 2 lawyers from RSP Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane put in their argument on Friday.

Information Officer Ananta Raj Marasini said the detention hearing will be resumed on Sunday.

A case was filed against 42 people, including Lamichhane, in District Court Rupandehi on Sunday. The case has demanded more than 40 million (4 crore) rupees from Lamichhane.
