Rabi Lamichhane appears in High Court, demands to be released in date of attendance

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane against the Kaski District Court’s decision, has appeared in the High Court, Pokhara.

Lamichhane filed an appeal in the High Court, against the Kaski Court's demand for bail in the detention hearing on January 9 (Poush 25).

He demanded to fight a case in date of attendance. The RSP leader said currently, the registration process is going on.

Kaski District Court in the Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud case, ordered to release of Lamichhane, on bail of Rs 6.5 million.

He went to Pokhara on Sunday night, after being released on bail at Rs 10 million in Butwal's Supreme Cooperative Fraud Case.
