High Court asks clarification report on Rabi Lamichhane's appeal

Kathmandu: The High Court Pokhara has ordered to submission of a clarification report regarding Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane's appeal.

The single bench of Justice Milan Kumar Rai ordered to get a clarification report from District Court Kaski.

The single bench of Justice Nitij Rai ordered to release 7 defendants including Lamichhane in the Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud case.

Lamichhane appealed, against the Kaski Court’s decision regarding his bail during the detention hearing on January 9 (Poush 25), in the High Court Pokhara.
