Sahara Cooperative Fraud Case: Rabi Lamichhane’s detention hearing underway

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane's second day of detention hearing has begun at Chitwan District Court.

Chairperson Lamichhane, an accused in the Sahara Chitwan Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited fund's embezzlement case, began on Thursday morning.

District Attorney's Public Prosecutor Rabi Neupane and Assistant Attorneys Amrit Subedi and Buddha Bahadur placed their argument on behalf of the plaintiffs on Wednesday.

The remaining public prosecutors and lawyers are placing their arguments at the moment.

After the completion of the argument, defendant Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane's lawyers will place their argument.
