Rabi Lamichhane to appeal against Kathmandu District Court's order

Kathmandu: Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane will file an appeal in the case related to the misappropriation of Swarnalaxmi Cooperative's savings.

According to RSP, Lamichhane will go to Patan High Court on Friday, to file an appeal against the order of the Kathmandu District Court.

The court ordered to release of Former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lamichhane on bail of 6 million rupees in the case of embezzlement of savings of  Swarnalaxmi Cooperative.
