Curfew lifted in Kathmandu

Kathmandu: The curfew order issued within the boundaries of Kathmandu Metropolitan City in Kathmandu district has been lifted.

The lifting of the curfew came into effect from 7:00 AM on Saturday, 2081/12/16 (B.S.).

DAO imposes curfew at Tinkune

The curfew was imposed under Section 6A of the Local Administration Act, 2028 (1971), from 2081/12/15 (B.S.) until 7:00 AM on 2081/12/16 (B.S.).

However, the Kathmandu District Administration has requested everyone to be alert.
