Rabi’s writ under bench of judge Dhungana

Kathmandu: The writ filed by Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane against the order to send him in custody, has fallen under the Supreme Court judge Tek Prasad Dhungana.

Lamichhane’s writ is in 1st number. Tulsipur High Court ordered to send Lamichhane in custody on April 4 (Chaitra 22). After an order police detained Lamichhane the following night at his residence Budhanilkanta.

Likewise, Lamichhane filed writ in Supreme Court on April 11 (Chaitra 29), demanding dismissal of order to send him in custody.
